Information for the 2011 Battle of the Bands will be available in January 2011.

Congratulations to the winners of the 2010 Battle of the Bands.

1st place - Answers To The Odd
2nd place - The Massive Salmon Uprising
3rd place - Barely Interested

Look for the winner, Answers To The Odd, to play on the Friends of the Parks Foundation float at this year's BG Days Parade.

Battle of the Bands is an all day competition held at Ivy Hall School. Band members must be between the ages of 12 - 21, with half the band's members being no older than 19. The winning band gets a spot to compete in a regional competition in July. Winner of the regional will compete in a statewide competition at the Illinois State Fair. A sound system will be provided, however, band members must supply all musical instruments. Rules and regulations apply.
