we honor all Veterans, their
families and friends on
November 10 at Buffalo Grove
High School, 1100 West
Dundee Road in Buffalo
Grove. There will be
entertainment and free
refreshments from 12:15 -
1:15 p.m. courtesy of Culver’s
and Starbucks of Buffalo
Grove, and The Hershey
Company. The program will
begin at 1:30 p.m. Included
will be Congressman Kirk,
the United States Navy Band,
Presentation of the Colors
provided by Marine Air
Control Group 48, Remarks by
Stan Nathanson, Keynote
Speech by Congressional
Medal of Honor recipient
Allen Lynch, Speaker Robert
Inverson III from the
Illinois Department of
Veterans’ Affairs, Service
Flag Ceremony provided by
Champion Eagles Color Guard
Post #208 American Legion
Arlington Heights and more.
This is sure to be a day
that will be remembered by
everyone.

We have hidden pumpkins at Willow Stream Park for you and your family to find. Bring your findings back to the redemption station and collect your prizes. Enjoy the autumn season with family friends, and nature.

Trick-or-Treat Trail and More!
You never know who you will see at our trick-or-treat trail! Friendly characters will line the path at the Golf and Sports Center to hand out candy and small prizes to children. Children will also have the opportunity to pick a pumpkin from our pumpkin patch to carve or decorate, get their face painted and much more! This event is a no scare zone. (Parents must accompany children during this event.) Make sure the whole family is signed up for this event! (LB)
